Benoy project Nivy opens in Bratislava

Benoy project Stanica Nivy, New City, in Bratislava, has opened to the public. Benoy designed the masterplan and architecture for a large-scale mixed-use development that links a series of new buildings to historic Bratislava Old Town.

Stanica Nivy boasts a number of key public facilities such as a new bus station and car park, as well as 75,000 m² retail space, 58,000 m² office space, residential apartments, a 5‑star hotel, and entertainment facilities.

The retail space includes a fresh food market whilst a bespoke green roof offers another area for people to go to relax.

The project, which has been awarded BREEAM Excellent — Communities, received 57 000 visitors on its opening day.
