Almaty’s first Class A+ business park
Almaty Business Park for BI Group will be the first Class A+ business park in Kazakhstan’s largest city. Located at the intersection of Al- Farabi and Seifullin Avenues, at the heart of Almaty’s financial district, the development responds to the rising demand for premium office space. Benoy has been appointed to design the business park in its entirety with completion expected in late 2026.

23,800m2 site area
The design is organised around a dramatic central plaza, a civic space from which radial branches extend outward, connecting the various blocks via glass stairwells legible – a human-scaled campus within a dense urban context. Each block opens onto private terraces, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior, and increasing access to nature. At the basement level, 4,900m2 of retail space, the first underground retail offer in Almaty, provides amenity for occupiers and the surrounding neighbourhood alike.

Amenity and wellbeing at the core
Above ground, a gym, restaurants and bar spaces, a conference centre, and a rooftop golf centre make the park as much a destination as a place to work. Soft planting runs throughout the public realm, giving the park a quality of openness and calm that extends well beyond the working day.

Designed for a low-carbon future
The design approach targets BREEAM certification, prioritising low- embodied and operational carbon and sustainable water management. In a city where commercial development is accelerating rapidly, Almaty Business Park aims to set a benchmark for the quality of its spaces and environmental performance.
