A luxury retail and hospitality destination on Gurugram’s Dwarka Expressway
Elan Imperial is a large-scale mixed-use development in Sector 82, Gurugram, positioned on the Dwarka Expressway with connectivity to business districts, and Indira Gandhi International Airport. Across 12.1 acres, the scheme is positioned as Gurugram’s first luxury mall, combining retail, dining, leisure, entertainment, and hospitality within a single integrated development.

Four retail levels and a water-led public realm
The retail component spans four levels, organised around a boulevard of double-height retail space giving the complex a strong civic character at its core. Three atriums are arranged around a central water feature, a spatial device that simultaneously provides natural cooling, draws daylight deep into the building, and creates a sense of calm within a high-footfall commercial environment. A cinema and a double-height food and beverage terrace complete the leisure offer, alongside a broad mix of retail and dining across the floors.
Hotel and sustainability
A tower rising above the retail podium houses a five-star hotel and serviced apartments, establishing Elan Imperial as an all-hours destination rather than a purely daytime retail centre. Environmental sustainability is embedded in the concept design, passive cooling strategies, natural ventilation through the atrium configuration, and the water feature contribute to reducing the building’s energy demands in Gurugram’s extreme climate.
