A crystalline form drawn from the Pearl River

The design takes its cue from crystal spar, a mineral form locally associated with the harmonious balance of heaven and earth. The tower’s reaching height is set against the horizontal geometry of the river and the green belt at its base, with a glass façade textured to refract daylight in the manner of natural crystal. The principal corners are chamfered, exaggerating the building’s slenderness from key viewpoints, widening sight lines at the city-grid intersections, and exposing the main entrance at the major junction. To the west, a chamfered face turns the entrance toward the green belt rather than away from it.

Two zones for two scales of office

The 33 floors are organised into two distinct zones. Floors 4 to 21 hold A-grade offices for larger corporate tenants. Floors 23 to 33 contain duplex workspaces, an offer rare in the Guangzhou CBD, designed for smaller boutique occupiers wanting two-floor units with internal connection. A three-storey retail podium at the base brings public-facing amenity to the street, activating the building line with restaurants, dining and ground-floor frontage along the principal façades.
