A nature-led residential development in Singapore’s District 26
Lentor Hills Residences is a 598-unit luxury condominium development at 31–39 Lentor Hills Road in District 26, Singapore, the anchor residential project within the new Lentor Hills Estate, a sustainable, pedestrian friendly growth area in the north of the city. Jointly developed by Hong Leong Holdings, GuocoLand, and TID Pte Ltd, the scheme was launched in July 2023 and is expected to complete in 2028. Benoy designed the development in collaboration with P&T Consultants, across architecture and landscape architecture across the 17,137 m2 site.

The design draws its inspiration from the water cascades and tranquillity of the nearby Lower Peirce Reservoir, establishing a biophilic character throughout the landscape and building design. A central commitment of the scheme is the preservation of a mature Alstonia Angustiloba tree on the site, retained as a landmark for the adjacent Lentor Hillock Park and as a symbol of the development’s environmental philosophy. Lush landscaping, cascading water features, and locally sourced materials create a serene setting across the five towers, which range from 8 to 23 storeys.

Facade and connectivity
Two distinct facade treatments differentiate the towers’ upper and lower massing, earthy tones at the upper levels and a more contemporary palette below, creating a layered architectural identity that grounds the development in its natural setting.
Residents have sheltered direct access to Lentor MRT station four minutes on foot, with walking and cycling paths connecting to Lentor Hillock Park and the Central Catchment Nature Reserve. Lentor Hills Residences is poised to be a vibrant community where residents can enjoy both nature and urbanity.
