A phased luxury residential development in central Bengaluru
One Bangalore West is a large-scale luxury residential development on Dr Rajkumar Road in Rajajinagar, one of Bengaluru’s most established and well-connected central neighbourhoods, positioned within easy reach of the city’s technology and business districts. Developed by Palladium Constructions, across a 16.68-acre site, the scheme has been delivered in multiple phases, with towers launched from 2014 onwards. Benoy was appointed as architect for the development, working in collaboration with RSP and landscape architects Site Concepts. The scheme has won 13 national and international awards.

The development comprises a cluster of high-rise towers offering 3BHK, 4BHK, and penthouse apartments alongside a series of standalone villas, all set within intensively landscaped grounds designed to create a pedestrian-friendly, family-oriented environment. Clean lines and natural tones define the architectural language across both the towers and the villas, with cross-ventilated apartments and garden and pool-facing units ensuring outlook and natural light are prioritised throughout. The 4,650m² Phoenix Club One provides residents with a full suite of lifestyle amenities within a single clubhouse facility.
