A mixed use F&B and entertainment scheme

Soho Gardens is a mixed-use development in Dubai currently under construction. Benoy is delivering the architecture for a scheme that brings together restaurants, bars, a pool lounge and Drai’s pool club within a single site, designed for Dubai’s hospitality and entertainment sector.

Size

12,500m²

A sequence of distinct environments

The scheme is organised as a journey across character areas with different architectural registers. Industrial-finished landscaped courtyards open into the pool-side environment of Soho Beach and lead on to Drai’s pool club. Each part of the site has its own identity, with the sequence designed to give visitors a different mood and tempo as they move through the development.

Architecture calibrated to the upscale segment

The scheme is positioned for Dubai’s upscale residential and visitor markets. The design balances contemporary architectural finishes with planted landscape interventions, giving the public realm at the heart of the development a more horticultural, garden-led register against the harder finishes of the surrounding venues.
