Luxury coastal living in the Dubai Maritime City
Designed for Beyond Developments, The Mural will be a waterfront residential tower in Dubai Maritime City, a 36-storey building with 265 homes set at the tip of the peninsula, adjacent to both open water and a masterplanned forest park. Benoy delivered the architecture and interior design for the tower and its four-storey podium, which includes retail outlets and a full amenity offer. Due for completion in 2028, The Mural will offer residents access to the waterfront, surrounding parkland and the broader facilities of Dubai Maritime City.

Ocean views and sky gardens
The design concept centres on living in proximity to nature. By rotating the building axis, all residences will face sea and city views. Green balconies on every floor create a seamless transition between interior and exterior, while full-height glazing and 3.2m floor-to-ceiling heights maximise daylight and amplify the sense of space. Terraces on every level offer privacy and relaxation alongside unobstructed views.
Designed to be lived in
The interior palette draws from the coastal setting, using warm, bright tones with natural materials including marble and timber. The restrained language allows the views to lead, with each space oriented to make the most of its outlook. Shared amenities include an infinity pool, outdoor yoga spaces, fitness studios and a sky terrace with a plunge pool on the upper floors.
