Locally sourced natural materials, granite floor tiles, decorative pine colonnades, terracotta and marble flooring, weave the dining, fashion and circulation spaces together while referencing the architecture of Prague’s old town. At the heart of the F&B is the Grand Kitchen, a community dining space with a skylight roof and a range of bespoke joinery and seating options accommodating different user preferences, from convivial social arrangements to more private settings. Tactile outdoor materials and integrated planting complement the large skylight and create the feeling of being outside. In contrast, a dramatic black ceiling running through the fashion retail, bathrooms and F&B spaces provides visual contrast to the warmth of the Grand Kitchen, creating an impression of limitless space and enabling impactful lighting design. Biophilia and warm timber details soften the boldness of the materials palette throughout, enhancing wellbeing and forming a buffer around noisier areas such as children’s soft play and communal dining. Attention to detail extends to every amenity space, bathrooms, family rooms and entrance lobby, ensuring each contributes to the overall design language and visitor experience.
