The Yuqiao Plot 04 Office Showroom is an interior design commission for Shanghai Lujiazui (Group), within the Pudong Yuqiao development, part of Shanghai’s golden middle ring belt.
The showroom serves both a rental and sales function, providing a high-quality environment from which to present the wider Plot 04 office development to prospective tenants and buyers.

The Urban Green Axis brought indoors
The interior design continues the organising concept of the wider masterplan, the Urban Green Axis, translating it into the showroom environment through rich, varied planting that runs throughout the space. The effect brings the outdoor landscape into the interior, reinforcing the development’s relationship with nature while making the best use of the floor’s panoramic views across the plot and the wider Pudong district.
The programme integrates reception, negotiation, meeting, sample display, tea break, and office functions within the single floor plate.The showroom includes a Lujiazui Group exhibition area and a circular audio-visual hall.
