A lifestyle hotel on Prince Sultan Road
Hotel Indigo Jeddah will be IHG’s second property under the lifestyle brand in Jeddah. The hotel sits on Prince Sultan Road, one of the principal commercial corridors of northern Jeddah, and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2028.
The hotel will offer 267 keys alongside 173 serviced apartments, supported by a neighbourhood café, lobby lounge, meeting rooms, health club and pool. The ground floor is designed as a public threshold, with retail and entertainment uses bringing pedestrian activity through the building. Programme is composed so that hotel guests, longer-stay residents and visitors share a continuous environment of cafes, shops and food offers.
A hotel positioned to anchor its quarter
Set within a wider masterplan also designed by Benoy, the hotel is shaped to mediate between the scale of the avenue and the finergrain rhythm of the public realm at street level. Material and massing decisions hold the building back where the street wants generosity and bring it forward where the entrance and ground-floor activity need definition. The project has been delivered to Schematic Design Stage.
