Rising 136 metres, the hotel tower is organised as two distinct angled forms that step and rotate as they ascend, creating a silhouette of terraces and balconies that frame views across Tashkent. The form draws on the intricate geometric patterns of the city’s architectural heritage, translated into the building’s external steel skeleton. Prominent vertical fins define the geometric language of the façade while providing effective solar shading – optimising natural daylight penetration and energy efficiency while reducing heat gain. The combined architectural and environmental approach enhance guest comfort across the building’s 140 hotel keys and 153 residential apartments.
