A mobile, adaptable hospitality suite
The Mercedes-Benz Motorhome is a unique environment used as the commercial team’s main hub during European Formula 1 races. Set across three floors, the motorhome contains casual breakout spaces for team members alongside more exclusive areas for meetings and guest hospitality. All elements are fully demountable, enabling the structure to be disassembled and re-built within a three-day timeframe.
A calm contrast to the racing atmosphere
Despite its temporary nature, the motorhome is designed to feel rooted and polished whenever in use – fit to welcome the Mercedes commercial team and host VIPs on race day. The interiors across the three levels are inspired by nature, with each floor referencing the sea, land and sky as visitors move up through the space. Natural tones and a calm palette to contrast the high-octane racing atmosphere, with timber furnishings, natural planting and warm textiles.
Three levels of adaptable space
The motorhome is used by multiple groups, including team engineers, operational teams, senior management and VIP guests, requiring a flexible space that can adapt to different occasions. The open-plan ground floor accommodates 50 people seated alongside a fully equipped kitchen. Level 1 holds VIP dining and back-of-house rooms including offices and a meeting room. The second floor is split into an indoor–outdoor arrangement, with a terrace on one side and sliding glass panels on the other, which allowing VIP guests to view the track.
