A biophilic luxury residential tower on Gurgaon’s Dwarka Expressway
The Signature Global Twin Tower DXP, 45-storey luxury residential towers in Sector 84, Gurgaon, rises 181 metres on a 5.5-acre site, adjacent to the planned Global City development. Designed for developer Signature Global, triple-height entrance lobbies, and expansive 70 x 6ft balconies are designed to maximise light and city views.

Nature integrated into the vertical section
The design is rooted in a biophilic philosophy, bringing nature into the residential experience at every level rather than treating landscape as a separate amenity. Multi-level cascading gardens surround the towers, a Miyawaki forest provides ecological density at ground level, and flowering and sensory gardens are woven throughout the podium levels. The Sky Deck at the top of the towers frames panoramic views of the Gurgaon skyline. Crowning the tower is The Gem, an exclusive clubhouse providing spa, salon, gym, yoga deck, mini theatre and co-working spaces plus four swimming pools.
