A boutique resort on the Jinawf coast
Benoy is designing a luxury boutique hotel on the Jinawf coastline, west of central Salalah, for ADTIC. The resort sits within a new Integrated Tourism Complex anchored by a marina, with frontage onto the Arabian Sea and the lush mountain hinterland of the Dhofar region rising behind. Construction is currently under way.

A masterplan organised as an Omani village
The hotel is composed as a series of villages, with each cluster of rooms and pavilions defined by its own architectural character and unique garden. A formal terraced Palace Garden steps down from the reception buildings to frame panoramic views of the sea as part of the arrival sequence. The lagoon village is set around a lake fringed by marginal planting, creating an environment akin to a desert oasis. The orchard village draws on Oman’s traditional falaj irrigation, with linear water channels threading through fruit trees and sensory planting, bringing scent and sound to guest routes through the hotel.
A landscape that carries the guest experience
The landscape choreographs the primary guest journey, with planted thresholds, water and shaded routes shaping the movement between rooms, dining spaces and the wider resort. Plant species and material references draw the project into the ecological and cultural character of Dhofar. The result reads as a single composition of architecture and garden, rather than buildings placed within a landscape.
